2025-S4 Governance Guardians (Governors) Election

1. Background

After months of dedicated development, the Protocol is now approaching its launch and promotion phase, aiming to connect talents and projects more efficiently. At this key moment, we are launching a new round of Guild Head elections to confirm the Guild Heads and other guardian roles for Q4 2025. Candidates are encouraged to submit the required information in the comments section.

2. Community Progress

BuidlerDAO Community

The DAO whitepaper was officially released in July 2023 and subsequently revised twice, in December 2023 and December 2024, continuously refining its governance framework and incentive mechanisms—witnessing the community’s steady evolution and self-iteration. To date, over 110 Citizens and more than 150 active contributors have participated in community building, forming a resilient and organic collaborative network through ongoing decentralized practice.

In August 2024, the community officially launched the BRP Reputation System, marking a new phase in contribution-based incentives. Members can now be rewarded according to their reputation and value creation, building a more sustainable incentive loop. So far, six BRP distributions have been completed, generating a total of 64,234.00 BRP across the community—laying a solid foundation for more open and sustainable governance.

SpringX Accelerator

BuidlerDAO has successfully organized three cohorts of the SpringX Accelerator, continuously supporting the growth and realization of early-stage projects.

Notable outcomes include:

  • FLock.io successfully completed its TGE and was listed on major exchanges such as Bybit and Upbit (SpringX 01 Cohort);

  • Questflow closed a new funding round led by Cyber Fund, with participation from Animoca Brands and other notable investors (SpringX Move Cohort);

  • TermiX AI received strategic backing from YZi Labs (SpringX Solana Cohort).

We are continuously building a tightly connected founder network to provide long-term support and collaborative resources for incubated projects.

CUBE Summit

The CUBE Summit, organized by BuidlerDAO, is jointly initiated by blockchain associations from 12 top universities, including Cambridge, Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Yale, UPenn, Oxford, Columbia, Cornell, Princeton, UC Berkeley, and NYU.

In February this year, the second CUBE Summit was successfully held during ETHDenver, attracting nearly 1,000 participants and featuring over 40 speakers from leading blockchains, renowned funds, top universities, and high-quality projects. Many community members participated as operators and volunteers, contributing to the successful execution of the event.

Through the continuous hosting of CUBE, BuidlerDAO has been expanding its international influence—building a bridge between East and West, connecting global talents with high-potential early-stage projects.

Next Step: The Protocol

From Day 1, BuidlerDAO has been building a network of talents and projects, evolving through the stages of community, accelerator, and summit:

  1. Community — Connecting builders across projects, blockchains, and developers through hackathons, research, video courses, and podcasts.

  2. Accelerator — Collaborating with 16 projects and VCs, as well as public chains like Aptos and Solana, to connect venture capital, blockchains, and founders.

  3. Summit — Co-initiating the CUBE Summit with 12 top universities, organizing panel discussions, demo days, and talent nights, bridging academia and industry, founders and projects, and East and West.

Throughout this journey, we’ve gained a deeper understanding of what it means to connect, and we’ve found a productized solution to realize it. After months of development, our talent-and-project network protocol is now about to launch.
